ABOUT THE KIT
The Volkswagen iPod/iPhone Module allows you to connect your iPod or iPhone directly to the factory stereo in your Porsche. You can start enjoying crisp clean CD quality music with constant charging, stereo head unit control, album/artist stereo text display and steering wheel control, ALL from your factory stereo. Imagine having access to over 10,000 MP3s at the touch of a button! There are two Volkswagen compatible integration kits for iPod. The i-VW-R kit which is for non-satellite radio equipped VW's and the i-Audi/VW-SAT kit which is for newer Volkswagen vehicles with satellite radio.

HOW IT WORKS
Your iPod or iPhone connects to the The Volkswagen iPod/iPhone Module with the included docking cable. The The Volkswagen iPod/iPhone Module then connects to the CD changer port of your factory stereo or via the SAT connection cable.

Limitation: 1 - Standard kit requires the factory satellite to be disconnected. Wiring harness must be modified to retain satellite radio.
