ABOUT THE KIT
The 'UNI-150-PRO' by DICE is a universal car kit that allows you to connect your iPod to any car stereo within minutes using the included self installation harness. Or, you can choose the optional wiring harness for professional installation and get even better sound quality. If the kit is installed with an FM-RDS compatible radio, you will even see the song title and artist information right on the radio's screen. Charging is also provided, always keeping your iPod ready to go.

HOW IT WORKS
Your iPod or iPhone connects to the 'UNI-150-PRO' car adapter with the included docking cable.
The 'UNI-150-PRO' adapter then connects to your car stereo in one of TWO ways:
The DICE FM-RDS "SELF INSTALL" kit
This kit is plug & play. Simply plug the 'UNI-150-PRO' adapter with the included "self-install" cable to the standard 12V DC outlet of your car. Features a fully digital FM transmitter which delivers deeper base and sharper highs. This enables you to listen to your iPod right away! For those craving the ultimate static and interference-free experience, the hardwired “pro-install” cable will satisfy your hunger!
The DICE FM-RDS "PRO INSTALL" kit
Using the "pro-install" cable connect the 'UNI-150-PRO' adapter to the +12 volt, ground and remote wire leads of your vehicle. Then remove the factory antenna connector from your vehicles head unit and plug the "pro-install" cable's universal antenna connector into the FM antenna port of your vehicle's car stereo. Finally plug your factory antenna connector into the "pro-install" cable. Set the FM station on the module and your car stereo and enjoy the music from your iPod or iPhone. It's that simple! DICE is the first to offer static free, hard-wired UNIVERSAL integration for iPod creating unparalleled audio quality in the market. FAQ'S BEFORE PURCHASING...
How do I know the DICE FM-RDS can connect to my vehicle’s head unit?
If your vehicle’s head unit supports FM radio, an antenna connection will be available. Antenna adapters (sold separately) may be required for proper connection.
How can I tell if my radio supports RDS-text?
RDS-capable radios may have an “RDS” logo stamped on the face of it or an RDS button. If neither are present, you can tune to a popular
FM station to verify if any RDS information shows up on the display (station name, song/artist names, etc.).
Between the Self-install and Pro-install FM-RDS kits, what reason(s) would I pick one over the other?
With the Self-install, you can plug it into the 12V DC outlet in a matter of seconds! The Pro-install kit offers static-free and interference-free audio and is hidden in the vehicle since it is installed behind the radio.
With the DICE FM-RDS kit, is my regular FM audio affected?
No, you can still use your regular radio and tune through all the stations with the iPod disconnected.
